Buy wrecked houses, clean them up, renovate, furnish and sell. Now with friends and a fresh coat of everything.

A dilapidated house. A budget. A power washer, a paintbrush, a hammer and an eye for what a space could be. The formula is the same as the original: buy low, renovate, sell high. What House Flipper 2 adds is everything the original lacked — a town to explore, people to meet, a story of sorts, and up to three friends to make the mess with.

House Flipper 2 is a first-person renovation simulation in which players buy rundown properties, strip them back, repair structural damage, clean, paint, tile, install fixtures and furnish the spaces before listing them for sale. The sequel builds substantially on the original's formula with a full open town environment — Pinnacove — replacing the isolated property-by-property structure of the first game. Clients have personalities and preferences that shape what they want done to their homes. A narrative thread connects the jobs. Online co-op for up to four players allows collaborative renovations. The physics-based cleaning and destruction systems have been overhauled. Steam Workshop enables community-created house designs and furniture sets. The level editor lets players build and share custom properties to flip. A free demo is available. All platforms share cross-platform multiplayer.

Key Features: • First-person renovation sandbox: clean, repair, paint, tile, furnish and sell properties • Open town of Pinnacove • Online co-op up to 4 players • Cross-platform multiplayer • Overhauled physics-based cleaning and destruction
