A professor has disappeared. His house is still standing, his experiments are still running and two RC cars are sitting in the garage. The only way to find out what happened is to drive through every room together, and the rooms of a scientist's home turn out to be a lot more interesting at wheel height than at human height.

WheelMates is a cooperative adventure game for exactly two players, in which each player controls a tiny RC car navigating the oversized rooms of an eccentric missing professor's home laboratory. The scale inversion is the core visual and puzzle idea: kitchen counters become platforming levels, garages become open-world sandboxes, and ventilation systems become secret passages. The two cars must cooperate on every obstacle — holding doors, pulling levers, ferrying each other across gaps using the game's experimental equipment roster, which includes a magnet grab, a rope swing and a jump booster. There are no timers and no pressure to move quickly; the game is built around discovery and shared problem solving at whatever pace the two players prefer. Online co-op and local split-screen both supported. The full game is coming to PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, with a publicly available Steam demo released in May 2026 covering the Kitchen and Garage areas.
